Project Overview

At Zest, we are committed to leading the transition to a zero-carbon future. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our ambitious electric vehicle charging installation program. This program aims to deploy high-volume and quality EV installations across the nation, working closely with our customers and internal delivery teams to ensure effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project governance and approvals, ensuring that customer requirements are documented and project status reporting is provided to stakeholders.
  • Provide a central point of contact for customers and stakeholders, triaging and following up queries with the appropriate teams.
  • Schedule and facilitate customer meetings, engaging key project stakeholders and monitoring project progress, deliverables status, and performance.
  • Remove impediments to the project delivery process, escalating any blockers to effective delivery and enabling key internal and external partners to deliver quality, on-time, and at the agreed cost.
  • Manage risk and issues registers, ensuring risk mitigations are actioned and project documentation is stored in line with quality processes and the information management system.
  • Track project costs, working in conjunction with the Finance team, and produce timely and accurate project reporting, including customer status reports, stakeholder updates, and internal Board packs.
  • Present project status at customer Project Board meetings and External Project Board meetings, facilitating smooth project handover and documentation at the appropriate point between internal teams.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodology, techniques, and frameworks, to deliver solutions.
  • Project monitoring and reporting, risk, issue, and action management, and management experience.
  • Excellent people and project management skills, with a focus on quality.
