About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Handler to join our team in Bristol. As a Senior Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of claims, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of legal expenses claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of ARAG products and policies to make informed decisions on claims outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Excellent customer service skills and a drive to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working in a claims environment in general insurance or legal services.
- A calm and patient manner when dealing with challenging and emotional claims.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
