About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients with complex mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist psychiatric care to patients in our General Adult Psychiatry service
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and provide diagnoses for patients with complex mental health needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Supervise and support junior medical staff in the development of their clinical skills
  • Participate in quality assurance and business planning activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality services

Requirements
  • GMC registration
