Job Title: Educational & Child Psychologist (Permanent)

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) is seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in developing our inclusive approach to meet the needs of all pupils with additional needs or SEND.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake assessments and implement interventions and programmes of support, demonstrating your knowledge, expertise, and best practice in this field.
  • Collaborate with key colleagues to build partnerships internally and externally, ensuring the pupil's needs are met.
  • Act in a consultative capacity, providing training to build awareness and capacity in schools to respond to the needs of our most vulnerable pupils.
  • Work closely with primary and secondary schools in the Trust, developing and implementing strategies to support pupils with additional needs.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate qualification in Educational Psychology.
  • Recent qualification or experience of working with children and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build effective partnerships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
