Job Title: Maintenance Lead Engineer (Electrical)

F/T Permanent Maintenance Lead Engineer (Electrical) required for Lisburn

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small engineering function supporting operations
  • Fault finding and resolution, preventative and reactive maintenance activities
  • Reporting and recording of maintenance and repair details for work activities using the appropriate maintenance management and IT systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation, reviewing, developing, and improving processes, plant, and machinery to improve efficiency
  • Training and developing others in electrical work, new equipment, machinery, and processes, as necessary
Essential Criteria:
  • Hold a qualification in an electrical discipline e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 year's relevant electrical engineering experience
  • This role also requires a competent leader/engineer with experience within a service centre or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrable experience of line management, continuous improvement processes, preventative maintenance techniques and dealing with contractors and suppliers
Working Hours and Salary:
  • Monday to Friday 08:30 hrs - 17:00 hrs
  • £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits per annum
