Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team at Aitopics. As a key member of our platform development team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of programming experience in languages such as Python and/or Go, with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. Experience with REST Interfaces, OpenAPI specification, and cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is highly desirable.

You will work collaboratively with development, product, operations, and support peers to ensure that quality is a key design element in all work efforts. This includes setting testing strategies, creating and maintaining high-quality test automation, and producing and analyzing metrics to drive quality engineering decisions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on how customers experience our software and contribute to building a cutting-edge platform enabling SAS's internal stakeholders to use Generative AI in a secure, high-performing, lean, and scalable manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set testing strategy for novel framework and validate products using the framework
  • Create and maintain high-quality test automation using modern development techniques
  • Produce and analyze metrics to drive quality engineering decisions
  • Work collaboratively with development, product, operations, and support peers to ensure quality is a key design element
  • Engage in code reviews for product, test, and infrastructure code
Requirements
  • 8+ years of programming experience in languages such as Python and/or Go
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence
  • Experience with REST Interfaces, OpenAPI specification, and cloud computing platforms

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year. Compensation package may include additional benefits and perks.
