Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a hardworking nature to meet and push growth targets.
  • Drive quality, consistency, and accuracy in all aspects of the role.
  • Achieve and maintain a high level of client service while promoting exceptional customer care standards.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients and ensure expert advice is given in all areas of business.
  • Demonstrate excellent client retention skills.
  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism when dealing with clients and insurers.

Experience:
  • 3 years of experience working in a similar role as a Senior Handler or aspiring executive.
  • Demonstrable growth of the book of business.
  • Commercial insurance background.
  • Articulate with strong client and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Market and insurer knowledge with good market relationships.
  • Experience and a strong understanding of FCA compliance and the ability to work to regulatory processes.
