Job Title: Community Rehab Physiotherapist Band 6

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in East Somerset, working in a hybrid capacity with a focus on community-based rehabilitation for patients with Post Covid19 Syndrome & ME/CFS. This is a fantastic opportunity to work independently, assessing and treating patients, and providing specialized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and formulate treatment plans for patients with Post Covid19 Syndrome & ME/CFS
  • Provide independent intervention and support to patients
  • Write assessment reports and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
