We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in East Somerset. As a Community Rehab Physiotherapist, you will work independently on your caseload, providing expert care to patients in the community. Your caseload may include elements of falls, MSK, rehab, and Neuro, and can be tailored to your specialization.
Key Responsibilities:- Work independently on your caseload, providing expert care to patients in the community.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Experience working in community rehabilitation settings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Knowledge of community rehabilitation principles and practices.
