Asbestos Surveyor Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team at Tersus Consultancy, a leading provider of asbestos management services. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough surveys, ensuring accurate bulk sampling and precise site notes, and providing expert asbestos management advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive surveys to identify asbestos-containing materials
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and regulations
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure all asbestos-related work meets quality standards
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on asbestos management and health and safety
- Compile accurate reports and maintain site laboratory integrity and reliability
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of current asbestos regulations, including P402, P403, and P404 qualifications
- A proactive mindset and dedication to meeting deadlines
- Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a UKAS accredited environment
- Possession of a full UK Driving Licence
