We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Platform Housing Group. As a key member of our property maintenance business, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical repairs, fault finding, and maintenance work in domestic settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver day-to-day electrical repairs, fault finding, and maintenance work in domestic settings
- Play a key role in our team delivering refurbished kitchens and bathrooms
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
- City and Guilds or equivalent in testing and inspection
- 18th Edition regulation
- AM2
- Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting
- Experience of working in property maintenance for a social Landlord, Housing Association, or Council
- Full driving licence
- DBS check required
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £38,000 per annum
- Average OTE earnings of up to £41,000 per annum achieved from the out of hours on-call allowance and voluntary overtime

We are looking for someone who is based in or close to the following areas: Evesham, Tewkesbury, Bishops Cleeve, and Gloucester.
