Calling all Approved Electricians in Evesham

Platform Property Care have an opportunity for an experienced Approved Electrician to join the team in Evesham, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.

What could you be doing?

You will deliver day-to-day electrical repairs, fault finding, maintenance, installation and compliance work including Inspection and Testing and completion of EICRs. You will play a key role in our team delivering refurbished kitchens and bathrooms. You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec.

The role is varied, and no two days are the same It’s a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team

We want somebody who can:  

A team player, you’ll be hard working with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills. 

Some things we need from you

  • NVQ L3 Electrical Installation Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
  • 18th Edition regulation 
  • AM2
  • Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting

and

  • Experience of working for a Social Landlord, housing association or council  
  • Full current valid driving Licence essential as this is a mobile role
  • As you will be working within Customer’s homes this role requires a DBS check.   

There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota as required. 

This role is for a team based in Evesham, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham and the surrounding area so you will need to live close to or in this area.
