Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Ellesmere Port. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the needs of ill and disabled clients and providing equipment to facilitate discharge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of clients for the provision of material assistance such as equipment or adaptations.
- Provide assessments for clients returning from hospital, residential or nursing homes and provide equipment to facilitate discharge.
- Check plans in liaison with architects, Home Improvement Agencies, Housing Departments and clients to ensure best outcome and approve plans for further processing.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma level qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
