About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Leisure Facilities Manager to join our team in Warwickshire. As a senior professional, you will be responsible for managing and developing leisure facilities, leading a team of officers, and implementing business plans to enhance service delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for leisure facilities and their programmes to meet community needs and financial goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales, Service and Retention Officers, Sports and Activities Officers, and Operations Officers to achieve outstanding results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Councillors, and community groups to foster partnerships and enhance service provision.
- Ensure effective financial management, budgeting, and sustainability.
- Evaluate and implement policies to maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, safety, and equal opportunities.
- Represent the Council in regional and local forums to promote leisure services.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
