We are seeking a highly motivated Licensing and Training Specialist to join our team at My Four Wheels. As a Driving Licence trainer, you will play a vital role in teaching learner drivers the necessary skills to obtain their driving license.
About Us
My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest growing driving schools in the UK, with over 200 driving instructors currently on the road and many more in our training program. Our company has seen a significant increase in demand for driving instructors due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19, resulting in a record number of learner drivers who need teaching.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training to learner drivers to ensure they meet the required standards for passing their driving tests.
- Provide guidance and support to new driving instructors to help them build their confidence and skills.
- Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials to improve the overall quality of our services.
Requirements
- A valid full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence).
- No history of driving bans in the last 4 years.
