Business Solutions Architect for Dynamics CRM

We are seeking a talented Business Solutions Architect for Dynamics CRM to join our team and lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions for a large UK Government Department. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing and delivering business solutions that meet the client's needs and requirements.

Key responsibilities include conducting discovery workshops, crafting tailored proposals, managing project implementation, implementing solutions using DevOps practices, working with mixed implementation teams, translating business processes into solution requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and vision.

This permanent staff role can be performed remotely from within the UK, allowing for a positive work-life balance. We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience on Microsoft Dynamics and previous product versions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions & integrations for D365 Modules
  • Strong consulting acumen and understanding of ERP from a functional and implementation perspective
  • Conceptual knowledge of Dynamics 365 Applications
  • Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies:
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and to work with a team
  • DevOps Experience and Pipeline Deployment
