Role Overview
Eurest is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that exceeds our clients' expectations. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the development of new menu concepts.

About the Role
This is a 21-hour per week contracted position with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. Your shift patterns will be 4 on 4 off, providing a great work-life balance. Your Key Responsibilities
* Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
* Oversee and implement menu changes to meet client demands
* Identify opportunities to improve our food services and contribute to their implementation
* Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
* Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
* Represent Eurest and maintain a positive brand image in the kitchen and during service
* Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and organized
* Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
* Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
2. Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
