System Requirements Engineer

Henderson Scott is seeking an experienced Requirements Capture Specialist to join its Land Ceptor Systems Engineering Team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact while solving complex engineering challenges and contributing to cutting-edge military systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Capture, refine, and document customer and system requirements.
  • Assess and document system design and potential solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery, integration, and certification of designs to meet time, cost, and quality goals.
  • Support in-service capabilities while developing enhancements for future contracts.
  • Collaborate across teams and communicate effectively to drive progress and influence stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirement capture, analysis, and solution design.
  • Ability to adapt to complex challenges and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage and influence partners.
  • Capacity to maintain a clear vision in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
