Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Career Development Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for helping large and small organizations to achieve their goals through employee development. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to help them succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee development programs that align with our clients' goals and objectives
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on talent profiles, employee engagement, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in career development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, psychology, and coaching principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business decisions
