About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in-store
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
