About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our retail team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
