Clinical Lead Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Thanet Community Mental Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our patients.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior medical staff, ensuring high standards of care and professional development.
- Participate in service planning and business development activities, contributing to the growth and improvement of our mental health services.
- Collaborate with local managers and professionals to ensure the efficient delivery of services and share best practices with colleagues.
- Undertake administrative duties associated with patient care, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Attend and participate in the Trust's academic program, including lectures and seminars, to enhance professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.
