Hr Advisor

About the Role

Doncasters Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Droitwich-Spa. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance on all matters related to Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized employee relations expertise, including resolving conflicts and managing disciplinary actions.
• Champion employee engagement initiatives, including crafting effective communication strategies and conducting insightful surveys.
• Drive policy and process improvements, analyzing industry trends and organizational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Take ownership of our recruitment process from start to finish for direct hires and work closely with our Recruitment Team to support indirect hires.
• Equip our managers with the skills and confidence they need to tackle Employee Relations issues head-on through tailored training and mentorship.
• Leverage data-driven insights to proactively identify areas where we can excel and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
