We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Secondary School Assistant Psychologist. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our students, particularly those with special educational needs.

About the Role:
  1. Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to provide support to students with SEN.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and participation.
  3. Contribute to the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the needs of all students.
  4. Provide one-to-one support to students, focusing on building their confidence and self-esteem.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of a Lower Second-Class Honours degree in Psychology or a related subject.
  2. Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
