**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Ty Gwyn Hall, a rehabilitation and recovery service for individuals with mental health conditions. As a qualified RMN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to service users while promoting positive teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing compassionate nursing care to male and female adults with mental health conditions
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues to promote positive teamwork
  • Observing, recording, and reporting service user changes and maintaining accurate records

**Requirements:

  • NMC registration and relevant nursing qualification
  • Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice and high-quality care
