Job Summary
Active Care Group is seeking an experienced Neurological Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at The Laurels. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation unit, delivering high-quality and intensive rehabilitation to patients with complex speech, language, and communication impairments. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver specialist neurological rehabilitation using evidence-based patient-centred principles
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions for patients with complex speech, language, and communication impairments
* Provide specialist advice and training to families, carers, and other professionals
* Participate in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
* HCPC registration
* Previous experience in a Band 6 or Band 7 SLT role
