Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and dedicated individual to join our London team as a Residential Lettings Branch Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and expand our residential lettings business in the region, working closely with our Regional Director to drive success.

About the Role

The Residential Lettings Branch Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business plan, in collaboration with the Regional Director, to increase the branch's contribution to the company's commercial success. This will involve:

  • Developing and agreeing an annual business plan, designed to drive growth and improvement.
  • Agreeing annual and monthly targets for the branch, seasonalizing and allocating individual targets to team members.
  • Reviewing market activity proactively, analyzing property stock performance, pricing, board movements, and competitor activity.
  • Developing and implementing plans to drive business opportunities, ensuring the business plan remains on track to deliver.
  • Establishing clear expectations of performance for the team, reviewing progress through regular meetings, and taking corrective action where necessary.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An in-depth understanding of the London property market, including the influences affecting its success.
  • A strong understanding of housing legislation in England and Wales, relevant to the residential lettings sector, sufficient to advise others.
  • Successful completion of NFoPP qualifications up to Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to motivate others.
