About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Newcross Healthcare. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership role, driving clinical excellence and delivering high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Establish a strong presence within the community, ensuring accessibility and fostering open communication and trust with service users, their families, and carers.
  • Care Planning: Devise, implement, and assess comprehensive care plans, risk assessments, and associated documentation, using a person-centred approach.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Act as a trusted voice and advisor, contributing to competency sign-offs, overseeing Community Care Leads and Healthcare Workers, and ensuring adherence to clinical competencies.
  • Professional Development: Maintain clinical training and competencies through ongoing support and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
