**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Drylining Contracts Manager to join our Operations team at 32 Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from pre-construction to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the installation of drylining and SFS systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to site teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the drylining industry, with a strong understanding of drylining and SFS systems.
- SMSTS/CSCS certification and a valid driving license.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
