CONTRACTS MANAGER – SUB-CONTRACTOR



ROLE: Contracts Manager


LOCATION: Basildon - Essex


SALARY: £50,000 - £65,000 + Van + Package


BUSINESS TYPE: Sub-Contractor – Drylining, SFS Systems, Metal Pad/Grid Ceilings


PROJECTS: Residential, Education, Commercial

They are a leading sub-contractor in the drylining and SFS systems industry, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget. They have a stable leadership team and a busy order book, making this an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their team.



The Role:


A Contracts Manager is required to oversee the delivery of drylining and SFS systems projects, with a focus on managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Contracts Manager for a drylining sub-contractor, with operational and installation knowledge of drylining and SFS systems.



The Ideal Candidate:



  • Experience working as a Contracts Manager for a drylining sub-contractor
  • Operational and installation knowledge of drylining and SFS systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • SMSTS/CSCS
