Senior Communications Integration Specialist

The Role
As a Senior Communications Integration Specialist, you will have a role that is out of the ordinary providing subject matter expertise to support the technical delivery of secure end-to-end radio solutions in a multi-bearer, mobile environment from design to delivery and transition to service.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams or work in collaboration within a team to ensure solutions are integrated and technically leading projects being accountable for their technical success.
- Independently create and run test plans and schedules and contribute towards strategy decisions.
- Take existing design documents and read across to system requirements in order to validate the design and produce appropriate test documentation.
- Deliver demonstration and presentations on technical subjects to senior stakeholders and Industry partners.
- Identify and resolve technical issues by using in-depth knowledge on communications principles.
This role is a full-time position based at our technology park site and is fully on-site.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified to a degree level in a relevant subject or extensive experience in the communications Industry.
- Experience providing technical leadership with demonstrable experience speaking to stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge on military communication systems and utilising the full frequency spectrum.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial telecommunications technology such as microwave, Wi-Fi, 4G and LTE.
- Proven experience conveying complex information to non-specialist audiences.
Qualifications:
A Technical Degree (Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or equivalent field) or relevant technical experience.
