As a 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver with DPD Group UK, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery of parcels. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and deliver parcels safely and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy towards customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Load and unload parcels from vehicles, using a Sack Barrow/Hand Truck as needed
  • Assist with depot operations, including loading and unloading parcels
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Valid C1 licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation
  • 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Ability to lift, load, and carry parcels
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
