About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Enable, a dynamic organisation dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overnight support, assisting with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support while expanding social networks and connections.

Our salary is £12 per hour, paid on an hourly basis. We offer flexible working hours between 15-25 hours per week, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

You will have access to our extensive learning programme, including person-centred approaches, autism awareness, and first aid, ensuring your skills and knowledge remain up-to-date.

Key requirements include excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
