About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Technical Lead to join our team in Plymouth Office. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is safe, functional, and meets customer requirements.

Your primary duties will include performing routine maintenance tasks, identifying the root cause of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues, and determining cost-effective solutions. You will also collaborate with the workshop team to prioritize tasks and deliver timely repairs.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, as well as relevant technical qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic engineering.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum and opportunities for training and development.
