- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational and financial performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead our operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks, ensuring the stability and sustainability of our business.
- Work with our Managing Director and Applications Support Engineer to ensure the stability of our ERP system.
- Contribute significantly to the successful completion of our Sage X3 implementation.
- Prepare regular reports on operational KPIs and project progress for senior management.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior role in a manufacturing, supply chain, or retail environment.
- Extensive experience with Sage X3 ERP system.
- Strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and warehousing.
- Experience in quality control processes, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
