Job Overview

Orona, a leading global provider of lift solutions, is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our Installation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of our lift systems, working closely with customers, site representatives, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough site surveys to ensure accurate installation planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure that our lift systems meet their requirements.
  • Manage the installation process, including coordinating with site representatives, updating method statements, and conducting risk assessments.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, site representatives, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that our installations meet the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lift installation, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of lift control systems and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, site representatives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Full UK driving license.
