Lift Repair Engineer - Remote Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lift Repair Engineer to join our team to support our IoT Project. As a Lift Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining Otis ONE products, ensuring compliance with code and legal obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install and commission Otis ONE devices, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  2. Repair and maintain Otis ONE products, adhering to safety standards and company policies.
  3. Work safely, following EH&S guidelines, including method statements, JHA, and employee safety handbook.
  4. Maintain safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
  5. Correctly fault-find and complete essential repairs, utilizing best tools and methods.
  6. Control planning and completion of own jobs, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company targets.
  7. Proactively manage and control jobs, ensuring timely completion.
  8. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including quality, environmental health, and safety directives.

Requirements:

  1. Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3, J-Module, or equivalent qualification.
  2. Have in-depth knowledge of various lift equipment, demonstrating the ability to apply lift engineering principles.
  3. Have experience within the industry or a willingness to learn and work towards NVQ3.
