In your role as a Childcare Support Specialist at our Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you will establish a safe, secure, and engaging childcare environment where children can explore their potential. You will consider their physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and psychological development through play and education, always staying updated with the latest childcare regulations. We will offer you opportunities to learn new techniques and methodologies. To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in a childcare setting.
You should hold qualifications such as NNEB, NVQ Level 2/3, or BTEC. Ideally, you will also possess EYPS and Paediatric First Aid certifications. Most importantly, you should be passionate about creating exceptional experiences for children and their families.
