Deputy Payroll Manager

A leading care group, renowned for its high-quality residential and nursing care, is seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to join their Inverness office as Deputy Payroll Manager. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the processing of wage, tax, expenses, and benefits information.
- Implement and develop robust payroll procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to achieve operational excellence.
- Accredited payroll qualification (IPPE/CIPP certificate or higher).
- Excellent professional knowledge of payroll and accounting systems.
- Previous experience processing large volume payrolls and producing reports.
- Previous supervisory experience.
