About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Executive to join our team at Flair for Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and drive business outcomes.
  • Take ownership of client escalations, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the team lead in case allocation and process improvements, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Review and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle a high volume of client queries, providing expert advice and guidance on investment solutions.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of investment platforms and API's.
  • Significant knowledge of product wrappers, including SIPP, ISA, and GIA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex queries and provide expert recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Confident presenter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
