We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Management Team Member to join our team at Compass Group UK&I. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, menu planning, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience of working in fast-paced environments. They will be able to confidently lead a team and make decisions to drive business growth.

This is a full-time position, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, with a salary estimated to be around £30,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision and menu planning
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
