Job Title: Trainee Technologist

Company Overview: Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited is a dynamic company providing restoration services in the UK, specializing in the restoration of commercial and residential properties following events such as fire or flooding.

Salary: £25,000 per annum with overtime over 40 hours.

Job Description:

  1. Training and Development: As a Trainee Technologist, you will undergo extensive training and development in the field of property restoration.
  2. Equipment Setup: You will assist in setting up equipment to begin and complete the drying out process of the property.
  3. Project Management: You will assist in managing project reports and updates on the company claims management system.
  4. Team Support: You will provide support to the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  5. Travel and Accommodation: You will travel extensively throughout the week, staying away from home regularly, with fully expensed accommodation and a meal allowance.

Requirements:

  1. Previous Experience: You should have previous experience in a similar damage restoration or construction labouring position where you have worked extensively with building materials.
  2. Learning Ability: You should have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, along with empathy and customer service skills.
  4. Flexibility: You should be able to work away from home on a regular basis and sometimes at short notice.
