Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing competency-based training to support clients' complex needs and work collaboratively with other team members to enhance their ability to live independently at home. This will involve delegating approved clinical skills to Support Workers and Care Managers through training and assessment, ensuring safe practice in the home setting.

You will also be required to communicate with scheduling teams and Care Manager teams about risks within care packages on a daily basis and demonstrate lateral thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex care challenges.
