About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the IT and Cyber Security sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying top talent in the IT and Cyber Security industry through various channels, including advertising, networking, research, and headhunting.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, attending meetings and networking events to promote our services.
- Assessing candidate qualifications, arranging interviews, and managing the interview process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
- Managing the offer process, delivering the good news to candidates and ensuring they are happy to accept the offer.
Requirements
- A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Ability to listen, absorb, adapt, and respond to varied personalities and situations.
- Resilience and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A genuine interest in the IT and Cyber Security industry.
- A 2.1 or above degree from a Russell Group University.
