Salary: We offer a competitive salary range for this position, estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Compensation Senior Analyst to join our team. The incumbent requires extensive technical knowledge of several electronic enrollment systems, including Ab Initio, Front End Transformation (FET) ACESS, and Client Import. They will communicate and negotiate file formats with clients and set up automated enrollment processes for Group Insurance plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up Electronic Enrollment Processes for New Groups, Conversions, and Amendments
  • Determining business requirements and documenting for Group Technology Developers
  • Analyzing test data and communicating results to customers
  • Writing programs to automate manual data manipulation using Syncsort
  • Documenting and reviewing instructions and procedures with Technical Assistants and Enrolment Processors
  • Performing initial load of data and setting up procedures to handle subsequent loads
  • Coordinating BEN batch employee moves for policy number changes
  • Handling customer and Group Customer Office requests and inquiries
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues or problems relating to customer enrollment files and the electronic enrollment upload program
  • Assisting Enrolment Services with automating manual processes for one-time special uploads
  • Supporting systems and business projects as a Subject Matter Expert
