Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive EYFS team at a Primary School in the BS4 area of Bristol.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Class Teacher to deliver high-quality education to our pupils. You will work closely with the EYFS team to develop activities that meet the needs of all children, identifying any challenges or additional support required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Class Teacher in planning and delivering lessons to small groups and individuals.
  • Assess children's development and adapt activities to challenge and engage them.
  • Work collaboratively with the EYFS team to ensure a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with the Class Teacher and other staff members to ensure seamless support.
