Quality Manager Job Description

At ADR Eng Specialists Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality standards across all areas of production
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated quality team
  • Work closely with senior management to implement quality-driven improvements

Requirements:

  • Experience in a quality management role, ideally within FMCG or hi-care manufacturing sectors
  • Strong understanding of quality standards, regulations, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels

What We Offer:

  • £46,800 salary
  • Monday to Friday, Days Role
  • Based in Flintshire (Commutable from Chester, Deeside, Ellesmere Port, Flint, Wrexham)
