Person Requirements for the Quality Manager:
* Experience in a quality management role, ideally within FMCG or hi-care manufacturing sectors
* Strong understanding of quality standards, regulations, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Proven experience in leading quality audits and managing external accreditations (ISO, BRC)
Job Requirements for the Quality Manager:
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality standards across the site. Leading all quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring full compliance with both internal and external standards
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve product quality
* Managing and mentoring a quality team, ensuring high levels of performance and development
* Collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
* Managing the quality audit process, preparing reports, and providing insights to senior management
