Early Years Community Link Worker Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Community Link Worker to join our team at Wythenshawe Children's Centres. As a key member of our outreach team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of children, young people, and families in the local community.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality group and individual interventions for children pre-birth to 5 years old and their parents. You will work closely with Start Well partners and other services to identify and meet the needs of priority and excluded groups.

We are looking for someone with a recognised professional qualification in social work, health, education or equivalent, and experience of working with children and families in clients' homes and/or community venues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in partnership with diverse stakeholders, are essential requirements for this role.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an annual paid leave entitlement, up to 6% matched-pension contributions, and enhanced paid sick leave and paid family leave provisions. Working Arrangements:
- Full-time position, 37 hours per week.
