Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the processing of long-term void policy voids and fire-damaged properties. This will involve line management of specified members of the Voids Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable to the Voids Manager for the timely provision of design procurement and contract management of all properties allocated.

• Ensure compliance with Council processes and procedures, as well as full compliance with standing orders, statutory, and other regulatory requirements.

• Provide advice and guidance, ensuring the dissemination of best practice in relation to all aspects of the service and implementation.

• Liaise with colleagues from other Housing and Council departments to ensure effective procurement, design, and delivery of the works.

• Set appropriate and challenging targets, comprehensively monitoring the performance of staff under your management within the Voids Team, taking corrective action as necessary.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.

• Significant high-level project management experience in local government or the voluntary sector.

This role is located within the CRA GROUP LIMITED organization, supporting the company's efforts in the field of property management and void policy implementation.
